I looked at various points where moss was found, mostly near bodies of water which is something I might want to incorporate into my final design. I found that a lot of the moss was the same colour as well and could be on tree trunks, rocks or in the water.

When looking at the moss I was able to get up close to two different types of moss. One that has thinner and longer strands of moss and the other that has thicker and shorter strands. Both of these were found near a pond that had a lot of greenery near it (photo to the left).

I found that the teapot insulates the tea well and that the teacup was quite thick in order for more sturdiness when stacking the teacups. The teapot fits two cups of tea and the lid was easy to take on and off. This shows that the RHS Bridgewater Cafe wants to make their products easy to use which is something I need to think about when developing my final idea.

When using the teapot, milk jug and teacup one of the first things I noticed was that the circular indents on the outside of the jug allowed the tea drinker to easily pour the jug as there was a place for them to put their fingers.
When in the queue I was asked if I would like to go to the coffee shop a few metres away instead but they serve them in takeaway cups and so when using the cafe it is definitely more of an experience than the coffee trucks and shops around the site.
The tea available is from The Manor. There is a wide selection of tea including rooibos, peppermint and camomile.
